The President of Russia Vladimir Putin has promised to soon make the decision to participate in the upcoming presidential election. He stated this at the ceremony of awarding the “Volunteer of Russia” on Wednesday, December 6. The broadcast led TV channel “Russia 24”.
“It’s always for any person a very important decision, because motive in the decision can only be the desire to improve life in the country, to make it more powerful in the future. And to achieve these goals is possible only under one condition — if the people trust and support,” Putin said.
He then turned to the volunteers asking whether they would support it. In the audience shouts: “Yes!”. “I understand that this decision should be made soon, and it will be accepted”, — assured the head of state. He added: “And I will keep in mind our conversation and your reaction to it”.
