The site Vkontakte is still popular.
Despite the blocking of the social network Vkontakte is among the most popular in Ukraine sites.
The study, which was conducted by the company Factum Group Ukraine, showed that the site Vkontakte is the fourth most popular among Ukrainian users, according to a press release of the Internet Association of Ukraine.
First place in the ranking by a wide margin is Google sites, such as google.com.ua, google.com, google.ru and others. 68% of all Ukrainian Internet users had visited in August these sites. In second place with a small separation – Youtube. Closes the three website facebook.com who in August called for almost half of the Ukrainian users – 49%.
Also, the study notes that Russian site mail.ru dropped from 10th to 11th place in the ranking, swapped places with the site sinoptik.ua. This is the only change in the TOP 10 in August compared to July.
At the same time, according to another research conducted by the company Gemius, Russian social network Vkontakte ranked fifth among the most popular sites. The three leaders in the two studies is the same, but in fourth place at Gemius located the website of PrivatBank.
According to a study by Gemius, in August 22.1 million Ukrainians use the Internet. In an average month a user spends 25 hours of their time to the network.
