Published images of large-scale exercises of the Ukrainian military

The exercise was conducted in one of the crews of tactical aircraft of air command Center in Poltava.

Ukrainian military conducted a command-staff exercise Blue Trident-2017. They were involved forces and means of all types of aircraft units anti-aircraft missile and Radiotechnical troops of the air forces of Ukraine.

“Different types of aircraft of air forces of Armed forces of Ukraine showed a high coherence and a high level of combat aircraft, the ability to repel an air attack of the enemy under various conditions of air situation”, – stated in the message.

In particular, the military pilots completed tactical flight tasks, including resistance ground means of antiaircraft defense (PVO), had air battles as part of a pair with the destruction of means of air attack of the enemy under the cover of troops and installations.

The chief of staff armed forces of Ukraine – Chief of VSU the General of the army Viktor Muzhenko said: “once again clearly see the combat capability of the aircraft and its ability to protect the air borders of the country from enemies. Your skill, professionalism and vigilance demonstrated by air defense units”.
