The procedural Committee of the Verkhovna Rada is blocking the investigation in the case of Dade.
National anti-corruption Bureau (NAB) and Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office (SAP) strongly disagree with the decision of procedural Committee of the Verkhovna Rada, which is found to be unsubstantiated representation on removal of inviolability from the people’s Deputy Evgeny Deydey from the faction of the popular front.
“Gather all the evidence obtained by the detectives NAB legitimately under the procedural guidance of prosecutors SAP sufficient for the decision on removal from the MP’s parliamentary immunity”, – said in a joint statement NABU and SAP.
The agencies emphasize that the deprivation of the Deputy of inviolability is essential to continue a pretrial investigation, and delivery to Dade notice of the charges.
On the website of NABU published fragments of the video recordings of the interrogation of one of witnesses – entrepreneur Igor Lynch, recordings of his telephone conversations, as well as detailed circuit analysis of the structure of the official income and expenditure of Dade and his wife. All these materials were made available on 3 July, members of the regulatory Committee.
