The Ministry of communications has published the official draft order with the requirements of the equipment and data that will be passed to the FSB of the social networks and messengers for carrying out operational search actions. This order applies to all those services that are already included in a special register, “organizers of information distribution”: it didn’t want to get Pavel Durov with his Telegram.

– user ID, name;

– nickname, date and time of registration;

– date of birth, address of residence;

– passport data, a list of relatives;

– phone number, email address;

– list of relatives, the IP address;

accounts in other services, location;

texts messages, call records;

– transferred files, information about payments.
