Maserati has introduced the concept of a new sports car.
We can safely say that since 2005, the Italian premium brand Maserati did not manage to create really worthwhile sports car.
The only noteworthy sports car MC12, stopped producing in the same back in 2005.
And now, an Italian artist Sergey Dornici submitted in digital format, the concept sports car of the future, which received the name of Maserati Genesis. The concept car stands out from the limits of the corporate spirit, which carries premium brand Maserati, and combines some of the accents and variations of the current generation GranTurismo and another concept Alifieri. The artist is sure that the new sports coupe should look that way.
The front part of the car has a very futuristic appearance, which, in principle, for the company was already familiar. On the radiator grille remained the vertical partition, the headlights, the car got from concept Alifieri. The side of the car is made very elegant, but the back has a very predatory look, thanks to the shape of the taillights and diffuser.
Maserati salon Genesis is striking in its luxury, despite the fact that is made very minimalistic. Seat upholstery made from white leather with blue accents, also features a multifunction steering wheel and a multimedia system with a large touchscreen. As said Sergei Dwornicki, sports car concept has some Autonomous functions and is able, thanks to the special options, to simulate augmented reality in offline mode that is projected directly onto the windshield.
