Producer prices of gasoline in Russia rose in may to 17.5%

Producer prices on gasoline in Russia rose in may 2019 17.5% after rising 0.2% in April, the Federal state statistics service.

As pointed out by the Agency during the reporting period in the manufacturing sector increased the prices of certain types of petroleum products, including a “gasoline — 17.5%”.

Recall that last Friday, Rosstat published its averaged data showing that consumer prices on gasoline in Russia on average from 3 to 9 June 2019 rose by 0.3% against previous reporting period, after rising 0.4 percent a week earlier.

By June 10, according to Ministry’s estimates, the average consumer cost of 1 liter of gasoline rose 11 cents to 44.38 euros in comparison with the data for June 3.

Meanwhile, the number of Russian regions recorded a sharp rise in gasoline prices and the soaring cost of fuel is significant — in the tens of cents.

In particular, according to the newspaper “Taiga.Info”, Novosibirsk gasoline AI-95 has risen in price on refuellings “Gazprom oil” from 43.9 to 44.55 ruble ruble. In Tuva during this period, the price of AI-95 took off from 41.58 ruble to ruble 44,32, while AI-92 has risen in price from 39.58 to 41.86 ruble, reports Лента.Ru.

On the eve of Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has asked his Deputy Dmitry Kozak to deal with the reported increase in gasoline prices in the far East and in Siberia. “Circulating information that increased gasoline prices, and we are talking about the far East and the Siberian region, in particular, I look at the message, which refers to the gas stations of “Gazprom Neft”, some others”, — said Medvedev at a meeting with Deputy Prime Ministers.

According to him, “if this is some systemic things, then you need to make decisions.”
