Public Privat changed its legal address.
This is stated in the press release of the Bank.
It is noted that according to the approved new edition of the Charter of the Bank, PJSC CB PrivatBank changed from the Quay, 50, str, St. Grushevskogo, 1 D, of the city of Kiev.
“The Board of PrivatBank and all services of the main office of the Bank continue to work in the river, the actual address of the main Bank does not change”, – stated in the message.
As reported in the press service, the new legal address of the Bank with regard to the actual location of its shareholder, the Ministry of Finance, the Supervisory Board, streamline correspondence and communications with state authorities.
