Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and NetherRealm Studios unveiled the trailer for Mortal Kombat 11 on story mode fighting game. The Central theme of the story will be shifting the time lines.

“Defeat that Raiden has caused the evil elder God Shinoku, evoked the wrath of Kroniki, whose task was to maintain the balance of good and evil in the Universe; now she sees only one way: to deploy back time and start all over again,” – say the developers. Due to return in time fighters from different eras will meet again: players will have the opportunity to play the role of as modern heroes and their versions of the past. Soldiers have to unite to repel the armies of Shao Kahn and to resolve the temporary crisis.

In addition, the new trailer presents three of the fighter, for which it will be possible to play Mortal Kombat 11:

Erron black daredevil, criminal and sharpshooter, as well as an adrenaline junkie and a modern cowboy. It pursues its own purposes and sells its services only to those able to pay well.

11 premiere of Mortal Kombat on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC will take place on 23 April. Release date on the Nintendo Switch will be specified later.
