Powerful flood has covered South Asia

In India, Bangladesh and Nepal, severe flooding, the floods killed at least 700 people.

At least 700 people died in India, Bangladesh and Nepal in floods and landslides caused by monsoon rains.

At the same time for the last night reported the death of 100 people in India and Bangladesh.

More than 1 million people in the region were forced to leave their homes due to bad weather. So, at the moment in temporary shelters are approximately 400 thousand inhabitants of the Indian state of Bihar and more than 450 thousand residents of the state of Assam.

Flooding also caused damage to roads and railway lines in the region.

In Nepal, the number of death toll reached 135 people, and another 30 people missing.

Only a natural disaster has affected up to 20% of the 28 million population of Nepal. According to the United Nations, we are talking about the most severe floods in Nepal over the last 10 years.
