Porsche will release its own electric car

The first production electric car called E Mission the company has planned to release in 2019.

However, the German brand is not going to stop with one model. This information is reported by Automotive News, citing Director of Porsche of Oliver Blum. Expanding the range of electric vehicles is planned after 2020.

According to official statements of the company, sports car Porsche E Mission will be equipped with two electric units. On the front and the rear axle one. Their total capacity is about 600 horsepower.

The car can reach speeds of 100 km per hour in 3.5 seconds. The reserve will be about 500 km away and charge the batteries to 80% will be for 15 minutes.

The idea of increasing the range of electric vehicles tied to increasingly stringent environmental standards in China.
