Also removes the requirement for mandatory registration of foreign investments
President Petro Poroshenko has approved the permission for foreign investors to obtain residence permit in Ukraine.
This is evidenced by the visit of bill No. 4541.
According to the explanatory note, the law allows the foreign shareholders and owners of shares with significant participation in Charter capital of business entities in Ukraine to obtain a residence permit in Ukraine.

Also, the law excludes from the laws of Ukraine, the requirement for mandatory registration of foreign investments.
