President Petro Poroshenko urged to consider the possibility of exchange of the crew of the detainee in the temporarily occupied Crimea fishing vessel yamk-0041 on detainees in the Ukrainian waters of the Azov sea, Russian sailors from the ship Nord. About it it asked the Ombudsman Lyudmila Denisova, published on Facebook a letter.
The Commissioner for human rights reported that it asked the families of the sailors NMR-0041 (held may 4) and asked to help return family “on the mainland”.
Families claim that on the ship were five Ukrainians, who reported on may 16 about “a criminal case” against the captain of the ship for “illegal fishing”. According to Denisova, the captain contains in the Simferopol SIZO, the other sailors are “witnesses”. We all took the passport.
“According to the information I have, the health of the sailors is extremely unsatisfactory. For these persons are under psychological pressure and intimidation by the FSB,” – said the Ombudsman.
