Poroshenko: This war was planned and begun in Moscow

The President has named five conditions that must perform in Moscow.

The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko at a briefing with U.S. Secretary of state Rex Tillerson noted that for peace in the Donbass not enough political will of Moscow.

The corresponding video published on the page Poroshenko on Twitter.

“We are confident that the implementation of minimum requirements – security issues – could intensify the peace process, which, unfortunately, lacks the political will of Moscow. Kiev unleashed this war…it was planned and begun in Moscow”, – said Poroshenko.

According to him, the Russian side should separate the logic of the participants of the Normandy format on Donbass.

“If Moscow wants to once again lose the chance, she should accept the logic, which is shared by other participants of the Normandy format,” – said Poroshenko.
