The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has signed the law “masks-show stop!” regarding counteraction to pressure on business from law enforcement agencies.
The law the President signed during the meeting-dialogue of business and authorities on Friday, December 1, in Kiev.
“Here in our midst? Very simple: banning “masks-show”. We then used with you that terminology, and we all (developed and adopted the law – 24) did. And I would like today to your presence in this solemn moment to sign this historic document,” said Poroshenko.
The law “On amendments to some legislative acts concerning enforcement of the rights of participants of criminal proceedings and other persons by law enforcement agencies during the implementation of the pre-trial investigation” previously adopted by the Parliament.
