The President of Ukraine promised the soldiers that they will soon be replaced by the Donbass.
Soon unit 72, 14, 53 and 92 brigade APU will come back from the Donbas to the places of their permanent deployment. About it the President Petro Poroshenko said during a visit to the 72-th brigade in the town.
“In the near future troops return to places of their permanent deployment, and in the Volyn region, in Bila Tserkva, Chuguev, Severodonetsk. To replace you will come the other teams that will be hard to keep your positions,” – said Poroshenko.
The President also thanked the servicemen of the 72nd, 14th, 92nd and 53rd brigades “for a brilliant performance staged by him and by the Minister of defence tasks.”
“The Ukrainian army for three years has changed dramatically, it has quite a different material support, food security … But the main strength of the Ukrainian forces – Ukrainian soldier against whom proved ineffective Russian propaganda and technology of hybrid war”, – said Poroshenko.
The President also handed over certificates to reward the best military brigade.
As reported in the press center of staff ATO, the soldiers of the Donetsk direction received awards from the President “For taking part in anti-terrorist operation” for courage and exceptional professional qualities, from the head of the Dnipro Council and the district administration were awarded certificates.
