In Ukraine will be monetized subsidies.
This was stated by President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko on the results of the visit to Ivano-Frankivsk oblast, said his press Secretary Svyatoslav Tsigalko.
“Subsidies will be monetized,” wrote Tsigalko in his Twitter.
He noted that the implementation of such innovation, subsidies will be issued to people with money and in this case they will be forced to pay for the entire amount consumed services at the normal rate.
