The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said that the social network Vkontakte “is widely used by the Russian intelligence services to spread of Russian propaganda” and “special information operations”.

“Support for e-petitions on the abolition of blocking the Internet-resource Vkontakte thought to be impossible”, – said on the website of the President.
