The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko during the meeting of the National Council of reforms has instructed the Cabinet of Ministers in the autumn to increase the size of pensions, to cancel its taxation and to remove all restrictions for working pensioners.
This was stated press Secretary of President Svyatoslav Tsegolko in Facebook.
“The President of the Council mandated the government in autumn to raise pensions, abolish taxation of pensions and all restrictions for working pensioners”, – wrote Tsigalko.
As the press service of the Ukrainian President, at a meeting of the National Council of reforms on pension reform, Poroshenko expressed the belief that the improvement of the economic situation in the country at present gives you the opportunity to take steps to increase security one of the most self-sustaining levels of population – pensioners.
“Raising the minimum pension will also happen this year, and I think we can consider the possibility to move (increase of pensions – Ed) from December to November or even October. Please carefully examine this possibility”, – said Poroshenko during the meeting of the National Council reform.
“I think, unnecessarily to date, and the restriction of pensions to working pensioners, and the taxation of pensions”, – said the President.
