The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has opened another school in Ukraine, this time the head of state was in the village of Pisochyn, Kharkov region.
He noted that the school may become the best among the schools.
“I think in October or November of 2015, still nothing. The first cars, the first construction equipment came in late 2015, and September 1, 2017, we are unveiling possibly the best school in Ukraine. The school, which claims to be the best, not open in Kiev, and even in Kharkov, and you (in Pisochyn – ed.). And today so many people gathered in order to celebrate. And rain is not an obstacle, because the rain in the beginning of any good work – a very good sign,” said Poroshenko.
According to him, this institution has created the conditions for the education of children with special needs.
“The school fully meets all the latest requirements. The establishment has lifts, ramps, special furniture, room of psychological relaxation, sports room, auditorium, library, dining room, relaxation area. Everything I have listed, adapted for children with special needs. And I appreciate the efforts of those working to address the issues of access to education for all children”, – stressed the head of state.
The President said that the construction of the school cost less than planned.
“78 million UAH was planned for the construction of this beauty, of which 49 million are the funds of the state budget, and demonstrate that it is a priority to us and state property. But I want to draw your attention, I don’t want us to be very focused on the numbers, but it’s important, 78 million was planned and how much is spent? Usually we used that the estimate always pererozhdaetsya. Today the school is ready, and spent about 74 million 4 million we saved through electronic procedures, cost control, transparency, the fight against corruption. I am sure that this is the way we manifest in the future,” he concluded.
