Poroshenko delivers his annual address to the Verkhovna Rada

With the previous address to Parliament, Poroshenko spoke on 6 September 2016.

Today the Verkhovna Rada will hear the annual message of the President of Petro Poroshenko about the internal and external situation of Ukraine, and also will consider on second reading a bill regulating the activities of the new Supreme Court.

This is stated in the agenda published on the Parliament website.

After the message of the President, the deputies plan to consider the bill number 7052 on taxation of income of non-residents-investors into securities, and then will move on to bill No. 6232, which has about 5 thousand edits for the second reading.

Also on the agenda are the bills about the basics of cyber-security and electronic trust services.

Also during the second reading will consider the bill No. 5442, which proposes to introduce a fine of up to 850 hryvnia for violation of the procedure of entry and exit in a zone of carrying out anti-terrorist operation (ATO).
