President urged to ban the activities of Russian search engine in Ukraine.

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has urged to ban the activities of the company “Yandex” in Ukraine in the interests of national security.

A petition was on the website petitions to the President of Ukraine.

“To ban the activities of the company “Yandex” in Ukraine and to impose appropriate sanctions on her in the interests of national security and defense. The aforementioned company has projects in Ukraine and funded by the Russian capital threatens national security,” – said in the text of the petition No. 22/036139-EP.

The author of the petition was made by Vasily Kuzhilny.

The petition was registered on 28 April and collected on 6 votes out of 25 thousand is necessary. By the end of the collection of signatures there are 91 days.
