Poroshenko announced direct flights between Ukraine and Portugal

Ukraine and Portugal have agreed to restore air links between the capitals.

During the official visit of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko in Portugal, an agreement was reached on the resumption of direct flights between Kiev and Lisbon.

“Today we have clearly put the question to direct air, preferably low-cost, between Lisbon and Kiev. And so we have increased the level of social protection of the Ukrainian working in Portugal”, – the press service quoted Poroshenko.

In addition, in another message the press-services is noted that the agreement on the restoration of regular direct flights between Kiev and Lisbon has already been achieved.

Note that in July of this year, the low-cost airline Wizz Air has announced the opening of a new flight from Kyiv to Lisbon, from April 19, 2018 at a price of €39,99 (1149 UAH). Flight Kiev-Lisbon will be the only direct service between the two capitals.
