Nearly one-third of patients of medical institutions connected to the service “Polyclinic without queues” an appointment to the doctor via the Internet.
As reported in the press release of the project, in some hospitals the figure is 80 to 90%, about 40% to make an appointment with mobile devices.
“This means that people are willing to innovate, they have a request for the Informatization of medicine, which, in turn, to health facilities is a signal that you do not need to fear the implementation of service management patientopinion. The system not only helps to get rid of lines, but also reduces the burden on medical staff,” said one of the authors of the project Artur Verba.
Currently, “Polyclinic without queues” connected 52 medical institutions –centers of primary health care, children’s diagnostic centers, and outpatient clinics of the Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Cherkasy, Zhytomyr, Sumy and Odesa regions.
