“The court ruled that the motion is granted in part. A Deposit of 304 thousand UAH to pay state income. Use the Polyakov measure in the form of a Deposit in a larger size. To determine the Polyakov a new mortgage of $ 608 thousand UAH”, – announced the decision of the judge Vladlen Lazorenko.
A new Deposit must be made within 5 days.
