The Migration service has sent an appeal about citizenship Polonskaya.
The Deputy of the state Duma of the Russian Federation Natalia Polonskaya still have Ukrainian citizenship. This is stated in the reply of presidential Administration of Ukraine in response to the inquiry by Deputy Sergei Leshchenko.
In the Administration of the head of state noted that neither the Migration service nor the foreign Ministry or other diplomatic institutions are not sent to the President representation about deprivation Poklonskaya Ukrainian citizenship.
“According to articles 24 and 25 of the Law On citizenship the authority for the preparation of submissions about the loss of a persons citizenship of Ukraine for consideration of the presidential Commission on citizenship issues carried out by the State migration service, the Ministry of foreign Affairs, diplomatic representations and consular agencies”, – explained in administration.
Meanwhile, the migration service and the foreign Ministry sent a corresponding appeal and wait for the reaction.
