As explained in the press service of the Metropolitan of St. Petersburg, before 80-90% of passengers used the PPE.

According to her, employees of the metro can also draw up a Protocol on administrative violation, if the citizen refuses to use means sewn, over the previous months such protocols have already been drawn up, she said.
