The new platform supposedly got the name TON — Telegram Open Network. It is based on “advanced blockchain technology”.
About creation of TON said several foreign editions, also appeared in a movie dedicated to the new platform with reference to the Telegram. The source of the rumors referred to a former employee of one of divisions of the company Pavel Durov Anton Rosenberg.
