For the second year in a row, best budget airline of the Old world recognize the Dutch Transavia.
This is stated in the research Flight‑Report, submitting its annual ranking PaxEx, in which the low-cost airlines in Europe are ranked based on feedback from passengers. Rating authors analyzed the positions of the passengers left on the Internet for 2016.
The low-cost carrier Transavia (a subsidiary of Air France — KLM) in the ranking received 7.75 points out of a possible 10. Passengers especially noted fully reclining seats in the aircraft carrier, quick response in the event of any issues, as well as friendly cabin crews and a variety of snacks that can be enjoyed on Board. In comparison with last year’s rating Transavia improved his record to 4 %.
The second place ranking went to the British flybe. Compared to last year, the airline has risen on two lines. Passengers particularly noted the convenience of used aircraft ATR and Embraer due to the lower capacity compared to Airbus and Boeing.
Closes the three leaders of the German airberlin, which last year were absent in the ranking. Passengers say the friendly crews, good food, and the availability of Internet in some aircraft.
In fourth place is the third busiest of Europe low-cost airline Norwegian. However, compared with the previous year the company lost two places in the ranking. Passengers love wi‑fi in the aircraft of this carrier.
In the fifth place Spanish Volotea. Aircraft passengers recognized as the most comfortable among the budget carriers.
Next in the ranking are Latvian airBaltic (three lines lost), the British easyJet, Eurowings German, Icelandic WOW Air, Vueling Spanish.
