The head of the Verkhovna Rada Andrew Parubiy has signed the law on establishing the Higher anti-corruption court. He said this on his Twitter page.
“Just signed law of Ukraine No. 8497 about creating the Highest anti-corruption court. This law, we launched the formation of the anti-corruption court, and I believe that before the end of this year, he will work”, – wrote Parubiy.
21 Jun for the law on establishing the Higher anti-corruption court No. 8497 voted 265 deputies.
The law creates a Higher anti-corruption court which will be in Kiev. The Cabinet of Ministers is Pleased that charges to Finance its creation.
Under the new procedure, the President, after consultation with the High Council of justice submits a draft law on the establishment of the court to Parliament for approval. Before this decision was approved by the presidential decree.
