Part of Kiev will remain without hot water

Seven districts of Kiev will remain without hot water.

Wednesday, April 26, kievgas stopped the gas supply 17 boiler houses of the capital, on which depends the supply of hot water in seven districts of Kiev, the reason was the debt of Kyivenergo.

About it on its official website announced the press service of Kyivenergo.

It is emphasized that the boilers, which suspended gas supply, responsible for providing hot water to buildings during non-heating season. All will be discontinued supply of hot water in 107 buildings, which are located in Podolsk, Desnyanskiy, Darnytskyi, Solomenskyi, Shevchenko, Obolon and Shevchenko districts of the capital.

Among the buildings of the 93 homes, nine schools and pre-schools, and about five departmental offices.

“The supply was terminated because of debts of Kyivenergo to Kievgas for services of gas transportation in the amount of 205,5 million. On April 1, 2017, the debt of Kyivenergo for gas rose to almost 4.5 billion UAH”, – said the press service of Kyivenergo.

Notes. The main reason of growth of debts of the office – the growth of consumer nonpayment of their bill.
