Problems in the registration system became the reason of the huge queues in the airport terminal. Among the passengers awaiting departure, was the leader of the “New Georgia”, former Deputy Minister of justice of Georgia Giorgi Vashadze.

On his Facebook page, he posted footage from the scene, accusing him of what is happening in the Turkish company TAV operates Tbilisi airport.

“A complete disaster. The Turkish company TAV, which runs this place, unfortunately, in fact, closed the airport, raising taxes and turning it into a part of the Istanbul airport. There are many questions in connection with corrupt deals, and we’ll figure it out,” – said Vashadze.
