The separatists were unloading six tanks near the village of Grain in Donetsk region.
Observers special monitoring mission of the OSCE recorded as from tractors separatists unloaded six tanks of unidentified type near the occupied village of Grain, which is 70 km South of Donetsk.
The OSCE stressed that the tanks were in the area where the placement of heavy weapons and military equipment prohibited under clause 5 of the Memorandum of 19 September 2014.
“In addition to tanks, the team SMM also saw about 18 infantry fighting vehicles BMP-2, which were assessed as new or refurbished, and a further 12 trucks of military type. In recent months, observers have repeatedly faced restrictions on their freedom of movement in this area”, – said the press service.
In occupied areas, outside of the respective withdrawal lines, team SMM visited the locations of the withdrawn weapons and noted the presence of six reactive systems of volley fire BM-21 Grad, 122-mm and six self-propelled howitzer – 2S1 Carnation 122 mm. Observers again noted the absence of 12 mortars – eleven PM-38 and one 2Б11.
