Siloviki came with a search warrant in Kiev apartment Mikheil Saakashvili.
The Prosecutor’s office of Kiev opened criminal proceedings in connection with the release of a detained earlier by law enforcement authorities of the leader of the Movement of new forces, Mikheil Saakashvili.
This was reported by a source in law enforcement bodies.
“In connection with “liberating” the detained Saakashvili opened criminal proceedings under article 343 of the Criminal code of Ukraine”, – is told in the message.
Article 343 of the criminal code of Ukraine – interference in the activities of a law enforcement officer, employee of the state Executive service.
