The Israeli Embassy in the Jordanian capital Amman surrounded by security forces. There are reports that it was attacked.
The correspondent near the scene reported that all surrounding streets cordoned off the Embassy, but the authorities have not yet provided any information.
Local press, citing sources in the security services, reported one killed the man. As far as we know, killed a citizen of Jordan and one Israeli seriously wounded in the shooting.
The Israeli authorities also have not commented on these reports, but, as far as we know, has already started the evacuation of the Embassy staff.
Israel is ready to reconsider security measures at the Temple mount
In recent days in relations between the two countries, tensions arose after the Israeli authorities tightened security around the Temple mount in East Jerusalem.
Jordan is the official guardian of Islam’s holiest places in Jerusalem. On the Temple mount are the al Aqsa mosque and the mosque of Omar (dome of the Rock), still Muslims as one of the most Holy places.
