The Ukrainian businessman-fugitive Sergey Kurchenko filed a lawsuit against the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko about the protection of honor and dignity.
This is evidenced by information in the Unified state register of court decisions.
It is noted that Sergey Kurchenko filed a lawsuit on protection of honor, dignity and business reputation against Petro Poroshenko and “broadcasting company “Studio 1+1” 4 Oct.
Also, the registry indicated that on 2 December the trial was appointed on 4 April 2018.
