Popular Ukrainian singer Oleg Vinnik gave an explanation of why he refused to perform on stage during the revolution of dignity. About this singer said in the broadcast of the program “Batman” on TV channel 112.

Ukrainian singer admitted that during the revolution of dignity approached him with an offer to perform on stage. But Oleg Vinnik refused, as I didn’t want to support one side or the other. “Put the scene in the middle that I still heard. Then I will speak”, – said the Ukrainian artist. And recently, in an interview with Styler, Oleg Vinnik admitted that he would never be able to change their country. “I will never be able to change their homeland. Of course, I traveled around the world, he set goals to earn money, to learn a foreign language, to role, to achieve success. But this does not mean that I have decided to leave their country and never coming back. In my understanding this can not be a priori. I believe that people should gain experience, while not changing himself,” said the singer. Ukrainian singer has lived long time in Germany, where he began a career as an Opera singer, and several years ago returned to Ukraine.

“Yes, I felt it, even saw in a dream, standing on stage in his native country and sing for his countrymen in their native language. I remember when I first visited Germany in the concert of their current colleagues, thought: “Oleg, you might as well. The stage is yours.” I knew that sooner or later will come to the scene of their country. And though it was not so easy initially, many did not understand me: who I am, what I was doing abroad, what venues were. At some point, lost faith in the fact that you can achieve through this prism of understanding. But, thank God, there were people who lived a long time in Ukraine, supported me and everything turned out,” winnick admitted.
