Officials bought in the “DNR” equipment for Volyn mines

For mines Volyn purchased equipment for 25 million.

Employees of SBU exposed the officials to corrupt the procurement of equipment from the occupied Donbass. This is stated in the press service of the SBU in Facebook.

“Employees of security Service of Ukraine exposed officials of corruption mechanisms bought in the temporarily occupied territories of equipment for the state mine in the Volyn region”, – stated in the message.

It is alleged that one of the leaders of the state enterprise “Directorate for objects construction” has entered into an agreement with bidders for the purchase of equipment for Volyn mines, to form the competition requirements for a particular vendor.

“The official, who is a native of the occupied Donbass, bought the company of so-called DNR equipment on nearly 25 million hryvnias”, – added in SBU.

To adapt equipment for the real needs of the mine was further spent 600 thousand hryvnia from the state budget.

“The management of the plant supplier, who re-registered in the Dnipropetrovsk region, provided false information on absence of tax debts to the budget, and the owner of the company is a citizen of Russia. One of the leaders of state-owned enterprises and the head of the competitive bidding, within the framework of the open criminal proceedings, it is reported about suspicion in Commission of crime under part 2 St. 364 Criminal code of Ukraine”, – stated in the message.
