Russian President Vladimir Putin said the United States “have grown” terrorist organization, al-Qaida and its leader Osama bin Laden.
The corresponding statement Putin made in an interview with Director Oliver stone.
According to the Russian President, it all started during the Soviet war in Afghanistan.
“American intelligence agencies supported the various directions of Islamic fundamentalism in the struggle against Soviet troops in Afghanistan. The Americans themselves have grown and al-Qaeda, and bin Laden,” said he.
Putin also noted that the United States is all out of control.
“And it always happens. And our partners in the U.S. had to know about it. It’s their fault”, – concluded the President of the Russian Federation.
