Odessa court released from-under guards of the teacher “Victoria”

The appellate court of Odessa region satisfied the appeal of a measure of restraint against Natalya Ancic, the teacher from the camp “Victoria”, in which a fire occurred on the night of September 16 and released her on bail of people’s deputies.

The girl was freed in the courtroom. Guarantors, addressed the people’s deputies from BPP Mustafa Nayem and Grigory Shverk.

How wrote on his page in Faceсоотbook Odessa activist Sergey Sternenko, come to a meeting of many concerned who demanded the release Ancic from custody.

“A number of individuals stated willingness to take her under the personal guarantee, including the Deputy of city Council Pozdnyakov and the Deputy of the Verkhovna Nye. They personally appeared at the meeting, as required by the criminal procedure code,” he wrote.

According to the MP, during the meeting it became clear that the camp leadership unilaterally without the consent of Natalia laid on her responsibility for fire safety in the camp, not providing appropriate instructions, and that she retired from camp for the very reason that he did not want to be responsible for violations.

“Deputy Director of the camp knew about the fact that she quit and personally promised to return the work book after the wedding; the Deputy Director of the camp had forced Natalia to pay a fine for breaches of fire safety”, – he added.
