In Odessa the patrol freed the kidnapped man. About it reports a press-service of the patrol police of the region on his page in Facebook.
About the crime reported to the civil wife of the victim. She explained that the wife was taken hostage because of the debt.
The police found where I can get hold of stolen. During a search of the area adjacent to the garage complex, police officers found the back room, from which was heard cries for help. There was a man chained to the wall.
With the stolen patrol removed the collar and caused is investigative-task force. “The investigation is underway under article 146 of the criminal code (unlawful imprisonment or kidnapping). The police are trying to establish and detain all those involved in this crime”, – militiamen reported.
