A meeting of the Appellate administrative court of Odessa region on October 18, which was supposed to announce a decision on the claim for cancellation of the zoning Plan of Odessa, did not take place.
As reported by the office of the court, it happened because the head seized of the Board, judge Fedosik, at this moment he was busy in the meeting on another matter requiring urgent consideration.
