As it turned out, even low-calorie fruits and vegetables can provoke a set of excess weight.

The majority of women dream to maintain your figure or, on the contrary, to change it for the better, are mistaken when they decide to sit on a fruit and vegetable diet where unlimited consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables, do not understand that it harms their appearance.

Of course, we all know that fruits and vegetables are the most low-calorie and at the same time vitamin products, but forget that there are those, after which weight somehow increasing.

Nutritionists have called the list of the gifts of nature, from which you can quickly gain extra pounds:

Apples. Who would have thought that apples help to lose weight and to get better. But it is very important the amount eaten per day of fruit. If the man has to eat 1-2 sour apples, he even manage to lose a few hundred grams. With sweet apples all the more difficult, as they contain more calories and fructose, so go easy on them it is impossible under any pretext. Fasting day on apples is 1-1,5 kg of apples and 1 liter of low-fat yogurt, in practice, losing weight buy sweet apples and a fat yogurt, so the weight is not reduced.

Bananas. Delicious and nutritious of all fruits. But they are useful for digestion and cardiovascular systems, so they may even need to eat daily, although only for 1 piece, and preferably in the morning.

Corn. In fact, the most harmful for the figure are popcorn and cornflakes, because they are artificially equipped with sugar and vegetable fat. Boiled corn can slow down your metabolism, because practically not absorbed in the human body.

Watermelons. We eat them only in summer and they can help to lose weight, but only if you don’t overdo it, because watermelon is a powerful diuretic products that contribute to dehydration and lack of fluid, causing the metabolism slows down and the person begins to recover.

If you have obesity or are a few pounds overweight, try to get rid of it yourself and reduce your intake of these foods as they will slow down the process of weight loss.
