6 of the rules of nutritious fall snack
Nutritionists given some basic guidelines to help you quickly lose weight in the fall season and not feel constant hunger.
Rule 1: 20-30 minutes before meal try to drink a glass of water.
Rule 2: the total amount of water a day should not be less than 1.5-2 liters. If you include in the menu, bread with bran, the amount of water consumed per day must be greater than 2 liters.
Rule 3: the time between the meals should not be less than 1 hour.
Rule 4: the fall of snack milk products.
Rule 5: nuts, candied fruit, dried fruit, use in very small quantities, literally 5 pieces at a time.
Rule 6: if you like crisp bread, be sure to read their composition and energy value.
Rule 7: the best fall snack is Apple.
