To activate the enzymes in nuts and seeds, which are used for making any smoothie, you can soak them in water beforehand. Place them in a bowl, cover with water so that it completely covers them, and leave at least half an hour, and even better at night.

Natural protein shake

Ingredients:

– ½ Cup frozen blueberries;
– ½ Cup frozen cranberries;
– ¼ Lemon with peel (optional);
– 1 tbsp of almond paste;
– 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds;
– 1 tbsp Chia seeds;
– 2 raw walnut;
– 2 raw Brazil nuts;
– ¼ Avocado;
– ½ Tbsp of olive oil first cold pressed;
– ½ Cup almond milk without sugar;
– ½ Cup of water.

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend at maximum speed until a homogeneous mass.

You can also put them in a quart glass jar with a wide neck and mix things up there tip-grinder of a blender, and then drink the cocktail straight from the jar.

Water should be enough to make a smoothie you could drink and it wasn’t too thick (before you start whisking the liquid level should be above the rest of the ingredients for 3-5 cm). You can also make a thick smoothie and eat it with a spoon.

Smoothies of kiwi with Chia seeds

Ingredients:

– 1 kiwi fruit (not too soft; peel and cut in half);
– ¼ Avocado;
– 4 tbsp Chia seeds;
– ½ Lime;
– ¼ Cup fresh mint leaves;
– ½ Cup of ice (optional);
– 1 glass of water;
– 1 Cup of spinach or 1 leaf cabbage of medium size (remove the hard stem of the cabbage).

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend at maximum speed until a homogeneous mass.

Almond strawberry smoothie

Ingredients:

– 1 tbsp almond paste of raw nuts;
– 3 walnut;
– 1 glass of water;
– ½ Cup fresh or frozen strawberries;
– ¼ Avocado;
– cm piece of ginger (peel);
– ¼ Tsp of cinnamon;
– 1 tbsp of flax seeds;
– 2-3 ice cubes (depending on how cold you want to drink your smoothie).

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend at maximum speed until a homogeneous mass.

Cucumber-ginger smoothie

Ingredients:

– ½ Cup raw almonds;
– 2 leaves of cabbage (remove thick stem of the head);
– 4 tbsp Chia seeds;
– cm piece of peeled ginger;
– ½ Cucumber medium size, peeled and seeds;
– 1 Cup water (or more for desired consistency).

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend at maximum speed until a homogeneous mass.

Spicy almond smoothie

Ingredients:

– 1 tbsp almond paste of raw nuts;
– ¼ Avocado;
– 1 cabbage leaf (remove thick stem of the head);
– ¼ Cucumber (clean);
– ¼ Of a lime without peel and seeds;
– 8-10 leaves of chopped fresh mint;
– cm piece of fresh ginger (clean);
– ½ Tsp of olive oil first cold pressed;
– 1 tbsp Chia seeds;
– 1 glass of water;
– 2-3 ice cubes (depending on how cold you want to drink your smoothies);
– ¼ Red hot pepper without the seeds (optional).

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend at maximum speed until a homogeneous mass.
