Kefir diet will not only part with excess weight. It will help to improve digestion, boost immunity and rid your body of toxins.
Kefir diet is designed strictly for one week. Then must follow a 2-week break. Otherwise you can instead of beauty and health to harm.
During the first, second, third, fourth and fifth day of the diet; drink a glass of buttermilk every few hours. In addition to the yogurt, the diet includes other foods that need to eat throughout the day in small portions. Completely eliminate sugar and salt, tea and coffee.
1st day: 5 boiled potatoes.
2nd day: 100 g boiled chicken (preferably white) meat.
Day 3: 100 g of boiled lean meat (preferably veal or beef).
4th day: 100 g boiled low-fat fish.
Day 5: vegetables, fruit (except grapes and bananas).
On the sixth day serving of kefir can be increased to 0.5 liters. The last and seventh day – drink only mineral water without gas in any quantity.
