45 rare photos from the filming of “a Nightmare on elm street” (A Nightmare on Elm Street, 1984) and its sequels. Don’t worry, photos from the set of failed remake in this collection are not included.
I was a year old when the first film of this series was released in the United States. Although, of course, to the salons of the late Soviet and early new Russia KNOW got when I was able to string a sentence together. For many children of my generation Freddy Krueger was in those years, not so much a source of fear and terror (although the first film scared is not a joke, and now able to catch up with horror – with the exception of the naive-finals) as something of a superhero. The adventures of Freddie enjoyed great popularity among the masses. I remember the article in the Newspapers with names like “Nightmare on Stachek street”, I remember a mediocre novelization of the script, we have published a separate book, and books like “Freddy Krueger vs Terminator” (Yes, there were some).
And now, after more than 30 years, these films still look and reconsider, and I quote in case things Freddy, remember the good word of the late Wes Craven… And enjoy looking at photos from the shoot.
