Nine time-tested ways to improve memory

Experts suggested how to improve your memory without drugs.

Human memory needs a daily workout and if you stop to train, it will often fail and the person will gradually begin to forget all of what I wanted to remember for a lifetime. It is advisable to start to train your memory not then, when the first signs of its partial losses, and right from a young age.

These methods of training of memory is recommended for daily use by those who want to possess wonderful memory even in old age:

1. Keep a diary or use the organizer. If every morning you will write an action plan for the day ahead, as well as to record in the notebook the most interesting events of life, not only train the memory, but also will help your brain too tense.

2. To solve problems in logic. It would be appropriate crosswords, puzzles, Sudoku and other variants of logical brainteasers, which will benefit your brain and strengthen memory.

8. To teach poetry. How beautiful it is when grandparents teach their grandchildren the poetry classics, but to implement it should begin to memorize famous works now.

9. To read the books. Reading allows you to improve not only memory, but other cognitive abilities of the brain.

Never too late to start to train your memory and believe me, in the future you yourself will be grateful that you thought in advance about preserving their memories.
