Actress Nicole Kidman and her husband country artist, put up for sale mansion with four bedrooms in the beginning of December 2017 for $3.45 million, the Pair hopes to make a profit of $1 million after purchasing the property for $2.4 million in 2007.
A modest red brick house is situated on a site of 14.5 acres and boasts a home gym, a cloakroom and a separate cottage on the site for staff. The building area is 472 sqm and includes four spacious bedrooms and as many bathrooms. Pebbled path to the house is surrounded by green hills and dense trees, reports ABCnews.
Inside, the house is decorated in a modern style with bright colors. The upper floor has a master bedroom with private bathroom, walk-in closet. There is also a bedroom for guests and a cosy lounge. In another part of the house – another room in the loft, which is neatly placed under the sloping ceilings. Gym is a few areas.
Nicole and Keith have another house in Nashville, a much more modern, with a huge swimming pool and tennis court, located just 25 km from the sold mansion. The couple also owns several facilities in the vicinity of Sydney, a stunning mansion in Beverly hills and an apartment in downtown Manhattan worth $10 million.
