In mid-April, “New mail” has completed the placement of debut issue of bonds of series “A” on 300 million UAH.
As reported by Cbonds, underwriter of the issue became “Raiffeisen Bank Aval”.
The bond circulation period is 1.5 years, interest rate of 22% per annum.
According to the head of investment banking “Raiffeisen Bank Aval” Victoria Masney, the greatest demand for the securities was recorded on the part of banks and insurance companies. The issue also attracted the interest of pension funds and AMC. With about half of the bonds were acquired by other group companies and representatives of management.
Raised funds “Nova poshta” plans to direct for modernization of the logistics infrastructure and improve the working conditions of staff. In addition, the company will make large investments in server equipment to upgrade the IT infrastructure, the acquisition of BDF containers, container trucks and trailers, modernization of the branch network.
